2. Food Grade Glycine Application
1. Being used as the flavoring agent, the sweetener, and used together with DL-Alanine, Citric Acid in the alcoholic beverage.
2. Being used as the acid-redress agent, buffering agent in the compound wine and finest feedstuff.
3. Being used as the additive in pickling salted vegetables, sweet paste, soy sauce, vinegar and fruit juice, in order to improve the taste flavor of food,keep its original flavor and furnish sweet root, etc.
4. Being used as the preservative in the minced fish products, peanut butter, in order to restrain the multiplication of the bacillus subtilis & Escherichia coli.
5. Play a butter role in the taste of the common salt vinegar by its amino group carboxyl.
6. Being used as the bitter-remover in the food fermentating, meat processing, formula of cold drink and saccharin sodium.
7. Being used as the stabilizer in the butter, cheese, margarine, lard, instant noodles and the wheat flour, etc.
8. Play a stabilizing role for Vitamin C in food processing.
9. Being used in the monosodium glutamate.
