Annually meeting & Shareholders' meeting of Dalian Chem Imp. and Exp. Group Co., Ltd. was held at the meeting room of Beiliang Mansion on the morning of Jan. 19, 2006.
During the meeting, first of all, Director of the Board, General Manager-Mr.Chen Wenxin took the place to address Annually Report of 2005, and also deployed the work of 2006. In his report, he pointed out that, the passed 2005 was a historical breaking year for Dalian Chem's development. As a unity, all Chem's employees consolidated their thought, endeavored in their work, overcame so many difficulties, to create the core competitiveness of the enterprise-both the scale and the benefits growing stably, and finally they achieved total import and export volume of USD121.33 million(USD72.33 million for exporting which is the highest point in history). He expressed his appreciation to all employees for the Board and also the managing section. When deploying the work of 2006, Mr.Chen said, it's the beginning year of "The Eleventh Five-Year Planning", more challenges and more opportunities for us, we should innovate continuously, pursuing quality, consummate our system and develop our company harmoniously. On the basis of this, he raised the target of 2006 and also the guideline for it.
After that, the annual meeting passed the reports of the Board, Financial, Supervision and other stipulation and system, also came out with the decision of the appointment of new managing directors, framework of company and also the appointments of middle managing stuff. During the meeting, there was also including the honor to those who performed excellently in 2005. All the shareholders and employees of the company took part in this meeting.
